There are two types of reducers: concentric reducers and eccentric reducers. The shape of the eccentric reducer is asymmetric, and the centers of the two ends are offset from each other. This design allows for gradual transitions between pipes of different diameters, while changing the elevation or position of the pipes. Eccentric reducers are usually used in situations where vertical or horizontal adjustment of the pipeline is required to ensure optimal flow rate. They can be applied in industries such as oil and gas pipelines, sewage treatment, chemical manufacturing, and wastewater management.

Reducers can be used to adjust the direction, flow rate and pressure of the fluid, so that the fluid can flow in the pipeline according to the design requirements, improving the working efficiency of the fluid. At the same time, large and small head fittings can keep the pipeline system clean and compact, improving the performance of the pipeline.

Reducers are suitable for chemical, petroleum, natural gas, pharmaceutical, food and other industries, and are widely used in pipeline systems under complex conditions such as high pressure, high temperature, low temperature, strong corrosion, etc. Especially in highly automated production lines and engineering projects, reducers are used more widely.
