Wuxi changrun produces ultra large diameter tube sheet forgings for hydrogenation reactors

This is a scene where the steel ingot undergoes several rounds of reheating and forging, and the basically formed 7.8 meter diameter hydrogenation tube sheet is forged and pressed on an hydraulic press machine

The large tube sheet forging will be used in the ethylene oxide reactor of the 800000 ton ethylene glycol project in the petrochemical industry. The forging weighs 202.4 tons, has a thickness of 0.51 meters, and an outer diameter of 7.8 meters.

Finally, the tube sheet is perfectly matched with the cylinder of hydrogenation reactor.
