1. What is the Weld Neck Flange?

Weld Neck Flange is a type of accessory used to connect pipelines, widely used in industries such as chemical, water, gas and petroleum. It mainly serves two purposes:

a. Connect the pipeline. Weld Neck Flanges can connect two pipes together, forming a complete pipeline system.

b. Seal the pipeline. The Weld Neck Flange can ensure the sealing of the connection and prevent liquid or gas leakage from the connection.

2. What is the usage method for welding neck flanges?

When using WN flanges, the following points should be noted:

a. Choose the right model. Select the appropriate WN flange model based on the material, pressure, temperature and other parameters of the pipeline.

b. Connect the pipeline. Prepare the required pipeline first, then insert the welded neck flange pieces into both ends of the pipeline and fix them together with bolts.

c. Adjust the tightness. After connection, adjust the tightness of the welding flange appropriately to ensure sealing.

d Check the connection. After the connection is completed, carefully check for any air or liquid leaks at the connection to ensure good sealing.
